Mainz-Frankfurt:
it'S a tough match to cap and i'll not risk any big money on it. Here my view:
Köln (clinched) and Freiburg (will clinche) are the first to teams to promote.
Big race for remaining 3rd spot is going on between Mainz,Frankfurt and red-hot Fürth. Currently all 3 teams have equal points.
Mainz, historically, collapses in last matches. Last year they already made plans for 1.Liga just to loose the last match at home to berlin and getting (not quite sure) about 1 point out of last 3 games (they failed by goal-difference).
Currently they have again big probhlems.they struggle away,but getting the much needed home wins. They have alo of injuries.last game in aachen only 14 players were on the remaining roster. in their remaining schedule there is only one more easy winner, so they will push tonight. But scoring will be difficult without regular strikers (not sure about voronin- the top score,who is game time decision) and a vulnurable defense which play in differrent formations the last 3 weeks.
Frankfurt on the other hand i dont believe in (but you know that from past weeks). They are just to weak away from home and not strong enough to get necessary points if it matters (like in last weeks home draw 0-0 against berlin). they just coulöd not score in this game. it was sometimes funny to watch how stupid strikers can be.
it was their second 0-0 in a row. they also have now 2 away draws in a row against weaker teams.
overall they have problems to score.
regarding the remaining schedule they think it's easy. but i see only one easy winner for them against mannheim next week. 2 other games are against teams which are playing against relegation and should be togh one.
But keeping in mind that frankfurt thinks they got easy games comeing up, i expect them to play for a draw and play defensive minded.
Therefore i would go small with a Mainz win, because of their home strength agianst Frankfurt's away weakness. Also because i expect Franfurt to be pretty happy with a draw, i'm pretty sure they willnot win (cause they will not try).
Maybe you should secure your bet with a small bet on the possible draw, which is possible cuase Mainz'S injuries.
If asked for % i would say: 67 % Mainz win, 33 % Draw.

great pick chriscol, great insight, unfortunately i just got back, had a really hectic day at work, could neither read it on time or post my friends comments which were 1x as well, nor post the italians 1 for sienna, or bet either.
Greek cup semi final odds are out.
My initial lean is Aek 2 and 20% cover draw but i am going to dwelve a little deeper to see if there is any angle of the national federation of soccer actually wanting paok in the final (and hence a northern city rivalry Thesaloniki final, big minister in the gov. looks to be re-elected blah blah, votes...). But plainly football wise Aek with alreagy one away win at paok this year and a must win situation after the 0-1 first round, coupled with the fact that this sunday aek managed another humiliating 4-0 over 6th placed aris, points directly to aek. Line is surely going to get pounded by greek bettors on aeks side, but i d like to have all angles in to avoid another mis-step, since on that 0-1 home loss on first leg of the semi for aek cost very very dearly.
